3 Rounds for time:
♣ 8 Split Snatches (Alternating feet) – 115-75
♣ 7 Bar Muscle ups – (Mod: 21 Chest 2 Bar, 21 Ring dips)
♣ 400m Run

RX = No buy in w/ prescribed weight.
Boomsauce =  Prescribed weight and movement and doing a 200m buy in before starting the triplet. Goal is to finish under 13 Min like in the games, but no big deal if you don’t.
