What is it?

Our strength and conditioning programs are offered year round, and will ultimately prepare you for your upcoming season like never before!

We use organic functional movements performed at high intensity to simulate the demands placed on an athlete during a specific game, match or competition. Our trainers know the demands placed on players during a game and the distances they will have to travel. With this in mind, we can replicate the stresses and situations a player will face on the field, court or mat. By combining high intensity movements with a comprehensive strength and speed program, the result is a training program that is unparalleled in the industry.

Not only has it been created by top athletes, but it has been used to compete at the highest levels of professional sports. The utility of this program is not theoretical; it has not been designed by someone that thinks it might work, but by athletes and coaches that have dominated at the highest levels of competitive athletics.

Crossfit is designed to work for everybody regardless of age or experience. The loads, distances, times, intensity, and programming can be scaled, and the programs have been designed to meet the needs of athletes at all levels of training advancement.
Every player needs to be strong in mind, heart and body. They need to be fast and explosive. They need to be able to perform when tired and exhausted. This applies to professional players the same as it applies to high school athletes.

How is this different then regular exercise and weight lifting?

Our programs use highly varied, random functional movements performed at a high level of intensity. By uniquely combining olympic weightlifting, kettlebell training, gymnastics, bodyweight movements, and metabolic conditioning your body is always kept guessing, resulting in constant adaptation. It is in this adaptation that results are found.
