Double Jackie: 2000m row, 100 thrusters 45/35, 60 Pullups.  Row must be completed before moving to thrusters, thrusters must be completed before moving to pullups.  Each athlete can use their own bar for the thrusters, can’t pick bar up until your partner puts theirs down.  One rower per team.  *Subtract 100 meters off of the row for each woman on the teams.  If male female team, they will row until they reach 1900 meters and then move on.  Score is total time to complete the workout.  There is no rep requirement for team members so you can break it up however you’d like!

Fight Gone Bad: 3 Round of: Wallball 20/14, SDHP 75/55, Box Jump 20″, Push Press 75/55, Row (calories).  1 minute of each totaling 5 minutes with a 1 minute rest between rounds.  *Female athletes will have 15 calories added to their score at the end of the workout for the row portion.  Score is total reps between the two athletes performing the workout.  Ex. 230 plus 300 = 530

20 Minutes: Max calories: Row/Assault Bike (Men)/Airdyne (Women).  Every minute on the minute each athlete switches from the bike to the rower and vice versa for 20 minutes.  *Female athletes use their own rower and add 20% more calories to the total row count at the end of the workout.  * Score is total calories for all machines after 20 minutes.  Athletes must wait until the next minute starts before peddling if it is a man/woman team.  Ex: Miller & Hannah row total is 400 calories between the two athletes (after adding 20% to Hannah’s total), Hannah 200 Airdyne, Miller 200 Assault Bike.  Score would be 800

Track Week: Each Partner runs 6 – 400 meter runs alternating with a hand tag at 400 meter line.  Chief Kanim Track in Fall City.  Each athlete must run one of the 6 laps backwards.  *Each athlete can pick any lap they want to run backwards.  *Score is total time to complete all 12 laps.  Feel free to join Saturday at 10am July 23rd, at Chief Kanim Middle School!

Partner Kalsu: EMOM 5 burpees fro both partners.  One athlete does thrusters and the other rests, alternate minutes until 125 total thrusters have been completed.  Men 135#/Women 75#, If an athlete can’t do 10 straight thrusters in a row with 75# then they will use 65# to make it more competitive.  *Score is total time to complete 125 thrusters.

Workouts can be completed only one time.  A scoresheet with team name and results must be entered before the final day or max points will be issued!  *Please make every attempt to complete workouts during non class hours.  Questions?  Patrick Sprague 425-830-3333

Punishment workout will be decided upon in the next week or two for the bottom 2 teams.  Winners get all the glory and we will have some rad Tank Tops made for you:-)  We will probably make Tank Tops for everyone at some point because this will become a popular event I believe and people will like wearing them.  Have fun and be honest peeps!  The beauty of the Punishment League is to have fun and be safe.  Also, don’t give out your score until the workout is completed by everyone.  That way, teams don’t have a score to beat.  It’s about pushing yourselves every time in these workouts!  Thanks folks – KJ
