As a team of 2 complete the following:
125 Wall Balls (20/14)
100 Ice creams (20/14) *100 each side
75 Hand release pushups
50 Back squats (135/95)
25 Squat cleans (135/95)
One person is rowing while the other is performing the exercises. You can switch at anytime and you must complete a total of 3500m on the rower. Once you have completed both the row AND the total reps you are finished!
