We are happy to report that Joe’s hand surgery to remove scar tissue build up in his hand, went well and he will be back in the gym soon! Get well and heal up soon! We’re excited to get you back in the gym!

Today was the 2nd recorded bench mark of Cindy. Everybody did an amazing job and most completely crushed there first scores from a few months back. It just goes to show how much everybody is improving!

Saturday made for a beautiful day and a great workout. It also seemed like a great day to get the whole family into the gym for a good workout. Here are some of our family members!
