Hola folks! Come on in and get a workout to start the weekend, that way you won’t feel guilty about lazing about for the next two days:-) The second part of the workout is something Sean and I did the other day…was fun. Also, looks like we have those DAWGS playing Arizona today so be sure to tune in and cheer the #1 football team in Washington on!!! I expect Cougar fans to cheer us on since they have a bye week;-) Anybody trying some delicious Paleo recipes of late??? If so, please share because I love getting ideas from you guys!
9am Partner WOD:
Part #1: As a team of 2 complete 100 hand release pushups. While 1 partner is performing the pushups, the other person is performing a wall sit.
Part #2: As a team of 2 complete 10 500m rows. Each member will end up rowing 5 times and you rest while your partner rows! This is a beauty of a workout!
