2012 Games Chipper!!!

Happy Tuesday! Today is going to be a great chipper from the 2012 CrossFit Games! This workout looked like a lot of fun and I hope you will enjoy it!

WOD:

You will use the same bar throughout the workout and will have to change your weight for each movement. Grab your weights and have them close to your bar. Load the bars so you can easily strip and add weight without waisting time…Creative thinking ;)

10 Overhead Squats Rx (135/95)  Moose (155/105)

10 Box Jump Overs Rx/Moose(24″/20″)

10 Thrusters Rx (95/65) Moose (135/95)

10 Power Cleans Rx (185/95) Moose (205/125)

10 Toes 2 Bar

10 Burpee Pull-Ups  Moose (Burpee Muscle-Ups)

10 Toes 2 Bar

10 Power Cleans Rx (185/95) Moose (205/125)

10 Thrusters Rx (95/65) Moose (135/95)

10 Box Jump Overs Rx/Moose(24″/20″)

If you choose to scale the workout, please choose weights that can be changed quickly so you dont have to spend a lot of time changing the weights around.

Please be prepared to have two waves for this workout. We should be fine but I just wanted to give a fair warning. Its been crazy busy, especially the 6am and 3:30/4:30pm classes. Thank you for your understanding :) You guys are the BEST!!!
