Alternating Chipper!

Teams of 2 you will perform the following.

Buy in:
800 M Run Together

The Alternating Chipper:

60 Air squats
Alternating every 5 reps

60 Power Snatches 95/65
Alternating every 5 reps

60 Hurdle facing  Burpees  (RX Yellow hurdles) (Honey Badger – 30/24 will explain)
Alternating every 5 reps

100 Abmats
Partner 1 will sprint across the parking lot and back. Partner 2 cannot do abmats till partner 1 gets back.
When Partner 1 Gets back. Partner 2 will do 10 Abmats. Once partner 2 finishes they will go sprint. Then partner 1 can start their 10. Partners will keep altnernating till all 100 are done.

60 Shoulder to over head (95/65)
Alternating every 5 reps

60 Front squats (95/65)
Alternating every 5 reps

60 Hand release push ups
Alternating every 5 reps

Then:
both partners will finish with a 800m Run

Mod 1 – 40 Reps total
Mod 2 – 30 Reps total
