Time for some deadlifts, eh?

Time to grow some hair on our….face!

For those of you who may have missed the email I sent out (or whose email address we do not have yet), here is a link to our Evite for the annual Summer Birthday Party Bash this Saturday! Party will be at Sarah and Ryan’s in North Bend and is going to be lots of fun and a great way to get to know each other outside of the gym and meet people you may have not yet met! Every minute, on the minute, perform 3 deadlifts at 80-85% of max for 12 minutes.

Make sure this is a weight that will push you, but where you will also be able to maintain GOOD FORM.

Max rep Handstand Push ups

Max plank hold (if you can hold for 2 minutes, max out at 2 minutes).
