Warm Up/Mobility: take 10-min

Strength: start @ 10-min into class
5|4|3|2|2 Overhead Squat

WOD: start @ 35-min into class
On a 5-minute running clock complete:

15 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
15 Burpee Box Jumps (24″/20″)
15 Strict Hanging Knees-to-Chest
with the remaining time, complete as many reps of Thrusters (95#/65#)

Rest 1-minute, and repeat for a total of 3-rounds. Score is total amount of thrusters completed.
