Today’s WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Overhead squat Rx (95/65) Gorilla (135/95)

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

KB Swings Rx (53/35) Gorilla (80/70/53)

You will perform 10 reps of overhead squat  then perform 1 kettlebell swing. Then 9 overhead squats than 2 kettlebell swings..8 and 3…7 and 4…6 and 5..5 and 6 and so on till you finish.

Gorilla- start wod with a 400m Run or 500m Row
