10 Handstand push-ups
15 Deadlifts (250/155)
25 Box jumps (30/24)
50 Knees to Elbows
75 Wallball shots (20/14)
150Double-unders
Run 400 meters with a plate (45/25) (not raining)
(row 1000 m if it’s raining)
