NW Regionals Day 2!!

What a day at Regionals yesterday!! Cascade currently sits in third place overall with a third place finish in wod 1 and a fifth place finish in wod 2! Unfortunately, Silke hurt her back on one of the deadlifts and then didn’t get to make it any better by having to do 25 pistols and 15 hang cleans at 135# after! We’re hoping and praying for a QUICK healing bc we need her!!

Today’s Schedule:
WOD 3: 9am (Silke and Rocco)
WOD 4: 11:55 (Kyle, Nick, Vanessa, Melanie)

Thank you so much to those who came yesterday to show their support! There were a bunch of you and you don’t know how much it means!! Look forward to seeing those who can make it today!

At Home WOD:

Tabata (4 min each exercise, 20 seconds as many reps as possible, 10 seconds rest for the four minutes. This equals 8 rounds of “working” and rest)

-Burpees
-Hollow Rocks
-Pushups
-Jumping Lunges

Way to score…TOTAL number of reps completed.
