Every minute on the minute you will perform 5 box jumps  then 2 HEAVY deadlifts… then rest the remainder of the minute! You will perform this for 15 minutes!

Push yourself out of your comfort zone… but Lift smart!

15 minutes-

5 box jumps (30/24)

2 HEAVY  deadlifts (75-80% 1 rep max)

 

Hey guys, really proud of you guys on today’s WOD. This WOD can easily be deceptive into not being “that hard”. The key is to find the perfect weight for you that pushes you for those two reps…that’s heavy enough to do so, but not too heavy where form falters. Everyone was really smart about their choices and did freaking awesome. Your guys form looks really good across the board and I LOVE so many of you are always asking us to make sure we’re watching your form! Way to lift smart!! Great job today guys.
