So with today’s strength day we will work on snatches. The drill will help cue you to pull yourself under the bar. The strength will help you to use your legs to accelerate the bar. The Romanian deadlifts as usual will help develop the posterior chain. Then well move into some Pull up work to help develop… Well the pull up.

Mobility:
Ankles

Drill:
Hip Snatch 2×4 – Light to medium weight
Strength
2 Snatch Pulls + 1 Hang Squat Snatch @ 75-80% x 5 sets

3×5 Romanian Deadlifts
*Add weight from last week. IF you haven’t done them go for a heavy set of 5.

Body weight:
5×5 Negative pull ups if you cannot do strict
Rest 1 min between rounds

3×20 KB ABmat Sit ups 53/35
Rest 1 min between rounds.
