Just a reminder that we have changed our hours back to the old Saturday class hours. We will have our regular partner w.o.d at 9:00am and then Fundamentals at 10:00am. Sorry to those who did make it a few times but we just weren’t getting any turnout. The Sunday classes will still be available though. 12:00 and 1:00. If you haven’t tried one of Peters strength classes I recommend you do so.

While one person is either running or rowing 400m the other partner will be completing the AMRAP exercises. When the 400m has been achieved you will then switch. Score is the total number rounds and reps completed.
