Well, we let you off easy the past couple of days. Now it’s time for us to earn the weekend, so let’s get after it today and have some fun!!! This should be a good one.

So the way this goes is you add a rep to each exercise after completing all of the exercises. So it goes 1-1-1,2-2-2,3-3-3,4-4-4 and so on for the full 15 minutes. Score is the highest number you complete plus however many reps.

15 minute AMRAP ascending ladder

1- Thruster (85#/65#) MOOSE 95#/75#

1- Burpee

1- Sumo Dead lift High Pull (85#/65#)

2- Thrusters

2- Burpees

2- Sumo Dead lift High Pull

And so on….
