Biggest Loser Challenge Has Started!!!

 

Happy Monday everyone! Yesterday was officially the first day of the Biggest Loser Challenge! Over the next 3 months, all who are participating will be working hard and changing their life for the better! I hope everyone experiences positive changes in their eating habits, as well as their workout habits. One thing that has stuck with me (especially from experience) is that you truly can not outwork a bad diet! I have been there where I ate what I wanted and thought I would burn it all off at the gym…it never happened. Everyone will see results if they make changes in their eating habits and becoming more active! Anyone who feels as though they are struggling with seeing results..please don’t be shy and ask! I’ve been there and I’d bet most everyone has been there! I’d be more than happy to share my insight and give suggestions that may work differently.

A couple of things to start this challenge off-

First, we need to get your weight! Please do this at the gym and have a coach help you with the scale there! Tenny has very kindly printed a tracking sheet so all participants can record their weight each week. We will be weighing in once a week and recording the numbers on the sheet.  Also…the scale in the gym has to be placed in certain spots around the gym for it to be accurate…not because of the scale, but because of the floor. So ask a coach!

Second, we would like to snap a photo of you in order to see where you started…and the end result! It will be great to see the before and after shots and the amazing differences that are to come.

Third, we want to make sure everyone has paid as well so please do so. Its $25 and the winner takes all! Either cash or check will work!

I really hope everyone is very motivated to do this challenge! I hear the pot is upwards to $500 but your overall health is way more valuable! Have fun and work hard!
