Time to get shredded!!!

Has been a good week at the gym with some tough WODs!  Let’s keep it up and work hard today and put the heat on our pooches:-)  We are on day 61 of the Burpee Challenge and I conviently put 40 of them in our wod today.  Hey, you guys are all awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mobility

- Hip Flexor stretch with band

- Floss the Hammies

- Partner shoulder stretch

Wod:

- 1250m row

- 10 K2E

- 20 Pull ups

- 30 Bicycle crunches (30 each side)

- 40 Burpees

- 50 V ups

- 60 Ice creams (60 each side) (20/14)

- 625m row

Is that 7 rowers I see?? Why yes it is! With the 5:30 class on rocking it!
