Day 35 of the Burpee Challenge

Today will start off with a partner wod at 9:00, fundamentals at 10:00, kettlebell wod with Silke at 11:00 and open gym at 12:00

Partner WOD
100 double unders
100 wall balls 20/14
100 V-ups
100 Box Jumps 24/20
100 Front Squats 95/65

One partner will start with a 200m run. The other partner will start completing the 100 double unders. When partner #1 returns from the run they will take over where partner #2 left off. You will continue this process untill all the reps for all of the exercises are completed. Hope to see a bunch of people.

KettleBell WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

KB Shoulder lunge (every two steps = 1)

Double KB Swing

KB Squat Clean Single Arm (each side must complete the number of reps)

Renegade Row (push up then row = 1)

V-sit KB Twist (every time you hit a side =1)

    When there is sun… I will run WOD= 12 miles w/ crazy wind, but gorgeous sun! 1:49:13
