Just to put everyone in a good mood I would like to remind you that today is day #26 for burpees. Now for our workout.

1000m row buy in followed by

10 rounds

10- Deadlift (135#/95#)

10- Wall Balls (20#/14#)10ft mark

Scale weight as needed on this workout. It doesn’t seem that heavy for deads but it is a lot of reps. Also scale wall ball weight before you sacrifice the height of the wall ball.
