Power Cleans and Double Unders

Slow-mo Power Clean

Notice how the arms stay straight for as long as possible, shoulder shrug, and the high elbows where the bar is staying as close to the body as possible. Think of this each and every time you do a power clean. And don’t go too heavy where you are no where near getting form down. You’ll be stronger in the end for scaling it back.

Power Cleans (135/95), ADV: (155/115), BEAST MODE: (185/135)

After each set, complete 30 double unders

    I think I’ll skip all the double-unders workouts because I get so much crap from peeps when I don’t show for a few days and then show up on a double-unders day. So now I will only show on manmakers days…Karen style–150 manmakers with 55Ilb dumbbells! Then I’ll do 300 double-unders for spite:)
