Lets start December off with a goal session! you will have 10 min to work on your goals.  Double unders, kipping pullups, HSPU’s, Muscleups, rope climbs…WHATEVER YOU WOULD LIKE!!!  LETS WORK HARD and achieve these goals!!!

Hang Cleans  at 1/2 body weight (adv. 2/3 bodyweight)

    You didn’t see what I did after the hang clean…a rope was connected to the ends of the bar so I’d clean, then do 30 DU’s with the bar on my shoulders, do 2 cleans, another 30 DU’s…all the way up to 10 cleans. Pretty easy wod.
