50 knees to elbows (if you write RX, please make sure your knees touched your elbows for every rep)

    Great combination of stuff today! There is a certain rhythm on knees to elbow that requires mastering, i.e. how to use the return power of the kip for the next rep? Strict press: great for shoulder isolation and also what is less obvious, the core strength involvement.
