Try to increase load each set. If you find that you can no longer increase to finish a set of 5, stick to a weight that will challenge you for the set of 5.

WOD:

6 Deadlifts (Choose load. Should be somewhere around 75%-85% of max)

12 Ring Dips

18 V-ups

    Eric, real good work on the form instruction and que call-outs today. If I plan to get to the games, need to work out the form defects and weaknesses now and not have some kind of distaster at the worst possible time. As with any sport the only performances that really matter are the ones at the meet or competition. So keep it up!
