We’d like  to invite all our members, family, friends, and anyone just interested in CrossFit to come by this Friday to meet the trainers, get a sample work out, and then just enjoy each other’s company at our first get-together potluck.

We’ll do a short workout at 5pm and then hang out after! So, come prepared for a workout or just come prepared to have a good time…your choice!

We’d love a little help in that if anyone coming could bring a little something to eat as part of a potluck, but if not, we’d much rather have your company than worrying about that! It should be a great time getting to just hang out and get to know more about all of our awesome members, as well as meet new people.
